me direct on Tel. 029 20850501 between 10 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. & make a card payment over the 'phone.
I am a sole trader so the surest time to
catch me in is after 6 p.m!
But please, not after 7.30pm!!!

Postage
Information:
Rates
are charged automatically according to the total
weigh of your order.
For example a typical Green man would weigh around
4kg = £8.50.
Two Green men
would be 8 kg = £9.20
Scottish
Highlands:
Bad news i'm afraid: From 1.7.11 APC will be charging
an extra £8 on each consignment
sent to the Scottish Highlands.
This effects the bigger items, postage over £5.95 - smaller items
are
sent via Royal mail at no extra cost..
Unfortunately
we will have to pass this on to our customers.
If you have placed an order via the internet from this area
we will contact you to ascertain if you still
wish to proceed
with your order and pay this extra charge.
Of course we will provide you with a full refund if you don't.
The postcode areas in question are: KW, IV, PH, AB & DD.
Apologies for this - we are facing an across
the board increase
in courier charges, but this is by far the biggest.

Delivery Details U.K:

I am based in the
Caerphilly
area.
You are welcome to inspect items before purchase by prior appointment.
Deliveries within U.K. Mainland are mostly via A.P.C.
Smaller items via the Royal Mail.
I have found A.P.C. to not necessarily be the cheapest option, but their
record
of safe delivery has been impressive.
For larger, heavier items, e.g. "Bar-Lgura" Gargoyle I use A.P.C.
"Security" Service.
This provides an additional level of care for these items.
Unfortunately A.P.C. do not offer a service outside of the U.K. mainland.
For that reason I
am not able to provide deliveries
abroad or U.K. outside of the mainland area.
Unfortunately this includes the Channel Islands and Ireland.

Delivery Times
I send goods out A.S.A.P. normally within 7 days. However
please bear in mind
that these items are hand crafted & there can be a slight delay on
occasions over
this time, depending
on what the item is. Please don't hesitate to contact
me to discuss your order.

CONDITIONS

Returns
Policy/Damaged Goods:
I offer a "No Quibble" returns policy.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your item and
obtain a full refund please undertake the following procedure:
*Contact me within seven
days after the delivery.
*Return the item to me.
*On receipt of the goods I will refund your purchase or replace item.
Damage in transit is rare, if it does happen, please don't
worry,
you are fully protected and a replacement will be provided.
"Sorry,
I cannot offer this returns facility to areas outside of U.K.
Mainland, unless buyer prepared to meet all postage
costs".

Accuracy of Appearance:
Please note: Most of the objects sold on
my website are hand made.
Every effort is made to produce a finished item as
close as possible to the ones displayed on the site.
However each one is unique and there may be al variation in
colour etc.
You are purchasing a unique, hand crafted product, not a mass production
