This is the Avalon
Hare Wall Plaque.
On a moon-lit night the Avalon Hare looks to the moon, surrounded by the
marshes and the ancient Glastonbury Tor in the background.
My plaque has been given depth which adds to a 3d effect.
It is finished in a border of Ivy foliage.
One of my new
sculptures, hand made in Marble Aggregate and unique to us.
Large size: 29cms

Hares are considered sacred creatures and
it is believed that witches can shape shift into these wonderful creatures.
It is also associated with fertility and spring.
